Responsibilities: As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of frontend solutions for our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of frontend developers in designing and implementing scalable and responsive user interfaces using Angular and React frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet project objectives.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in frontend development, and advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
• Reporting onsite twice a week in Midtown Atlanta for meetings, collaboration, and team engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with expertise in Angular and React frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or NgRx.
• Solid understanding of frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with other frontend frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
